		Al Kazemi International General Trading & Contracting Group Co. W.L.L.   Al Kazemi International Commercial Group was established in 1967 to undertake the activities in Trading and Contracting. Later on with the development of business and to meet with the ever growing requirements to serve the commercial related scene of the country the establishment was converted into a W. L. L. company in 1999 and was re-named as Al Kazemi International General Trading & Contracting Group Co. W. L. L., (AICG),  to cover vaster area of activities to include Shipping and more strong participation in the Contracting activities and diversification in the Trading fields.
		United Shipping Trading & Contracting Services Co. W.L.L.   In 1957 United Shipping Services was established in partnership with Hull Blyth, Lambert Bros. and Cory Bros. to serve as one of the first Shipping Agency Houses in Kuwait. Later in 1970 in order to further expand the activities of United Shipping the shares of foreign partners were bought out and the company was re-named as United Shipping Trading & Contracting Services Co. W. L. L., (USTCS), to include besides Shipping the General Trading & Contracting activities. To date this company continues to progress inits various diversified activities ensuring reliability and commitments.
		Gulf Maritime General Trading & Contracting Co. W. L. L.   Gulf Trading and Maritime Est. was formed in 1978 with principal activities in the Trading & Ship Chandelling activities. Due to ever rising demands of the market scene the activities has to be diversified further to also include Contracting & Shipping Agency business. In 1997 this establishment was converted in to Limited Liability Company and named as Gulf Maritime General Trading & Contracting Co. W. L. L., (GMTC), ensuring constant growth in all related spheres of business and to date keeps growing.
		Al Kazemi Travel Agencies Co. W. L. L.   Al Kazemi Travel Agencies Co. W. L. L. was established in 1976 and developed to the level of W. L. L. Company in 1984 with its present name Al Kazemi Travel Agencies Co. W. L. L. Serving the Travel & Tourism market the Company has privilege in representing various global and internationally renowned Trade names as GSA. 		Al Kazemi International Food Industries   Al Kazemi International General Trading & Contracting Group Co. W.L.L.; (AICG), under a separate license in 2004 established a factory to produce various varieties of global standard chocolates branded as Al Kazemi & Custom made products maintaining high standard of hygiene & health protection, serving the local and regional Markets.
		Latif Hotels Company W.L.L.   Kuwait Hyatt Hotels & Kuwait Hayatt Suites Hotel   In 1983 Al Kazemi entered into Hotel and Catering business. Later in 1994 to further serve Local, Regional and Global requirements of the individuals and corporates established a W.L.L. Company named as Latif Hotels Company to grow vaster interest in the Hotel, Touristic and Restaurant/Catering.   Today the company owns Kuwait Hayatt Hotel & Kuwait Hayatt Suites Hotel located in the heart of the city.
		United Business International W. L. L.   United Business International W. L. L.; (UBIC) was established in 1991 and this service oriented company comprehensively undertakes the activities in General Trading & Contracting as well as Shipping & Freight Forwarding Services.
		Latif International Gen. Trading, Contracting & Shipping Services Co. W. L. L.   Latif International Gen. Trading, Contracting & Shipping Services Co. W.L.L. was established in 1991 as a W. L. L. Company. The principal activities include procurements & Supplies through General Trading Activity. Contracting Services including consultancy to internationally renowned Contractors, Shipping Services to include Freight Sales, Logistics & Agency’s representation.
		Al Kazemi Real Estate W.L.L.   Al Kazemi Real Estate W.L.L. was established in 1981 to deal with Lands and Properties. Company undertakes the Real Estate Business for owned & third party properties.

L.C. - Dubai - UAE   Al Kazemi Tours L.L.C. - Dubai - UAE was established in November 2005 as Limited Liability Company with expertise in handling leisure and MICE business and dedicated arrangements for Tours & Safari extending luxury chauffer driven Service and tailor made package to suit the requirements.
		Ducon Shipping & Forwarding L. L.C. – Dubai, UAE   The Company which was established in 2005 was bought out by Al Kazemi International General Trading & Contracting Group Company W.L.L. in May 2007.   The company is comprehensively involved in the Shipping, Freight Forwarding and Logistics business serving the local, regional and global interest of various principals and collaborates.
		Al Kazemi Rent A Car L. L.C. – Dubai, UAE   Al Kazemi Rent A Car L.L.C. – Dubai, UAE was established in November 2005 to respond the ever growing demands of the visitors, tourists and locals maintaining most luxurious fleet of cars available for self and chauffer driven Services.   Besides prestigious normal fleet the company preferably maintains high profile fleet consisting of Mercedes ‘s’ class, BMW 7 series, Range Rovers-Sports, Porsche Cayenne, GMC and Hummers.
